It’s King Cake season!!
To celebrate, come party with us for three days straight with a mini music festival! February 9th, 10th, and 11th. We’ll have live music from local artists all day long, all three days!
Since Mardi Gras day is February 13th, we’ll have a Purple, Green and Gold theme going on. Parades happening in New Orleans will be live streamed on the T.V.!
Mintlights
Friday, Feb. 9th at 10:15pm
MintLights is a music project created by Lux Izquierdo that started in 2015. Lux was born and raised in Queretaro, Mexico, but moved to Michigan in 2014, where MintLights was created. The name MintLights comes from Lux’s synesthesia when listening to music, which usually comes as lights in minty colors (cool greens, blues, and purples). MintLight’s repertoire includes a little something for everyone: from songs by the Beatles, Queen, and Journey, to Paramore, Ed Sheeran, and original songs written by Lux.
